BARGOED, having already secured the runners-up spot in the Championship, signed off their league campaign with a 25-10 victory over Beddau who they will play again in the Mid-District Cup final at Sardis Road on 22nd May. It was a double celebration for Bargoed with the second XV winning the President’s Cup on an adjacent field, coincidentally also against Beddau’s second team.
