NEWPORT County AFC Supporters' Trust has postponed the AGM planned for this week.
The AGM will now take place in June.
The board says the decision to put it back was taken because of the number of club events that have been supported lately.
Also, by having the AGM in June, the manager will be able to share his plans for the forthcoming season.
