NEWPORT County AFC have released details of four pre-season friendlies this morning with more to be confirmed.
Michael Flynn’s men will play their traditional fixture at Undy AFC on Friday, July 13 (kick-off 7pm) and they will also return to Chippenham Town at 3pm the following day.
Next up is a trip to Penybont FC near Bridgend on Wednesday, July 18 (kick-off 7pm), before the Exiles renew their rivalry with Hereford FC on Saturday, July 21 (kick-off 3pm).
It will be County’s first match at Edgar Street since their dramatic 3-2 win in the Conference back in March 2013.
The Bulls are manager by former Exiles boss Peter Beadle, while ex-County striker Rhys Griffiths is in charge of Penybont.
The club is currently finalising details on two home matches against Championship clubs, which will be played either at Newport Stadium (Spytty Park) or Rodney Parade. Details for these will be released soon.
