AN AWARD-WINNING Indian restaurant has just opened its fourth outlet.

The Curry Leaf Cafe already has branches in Ship Street, Brighton, Upper St James’s Street and at Brighton Station.

Now its popular South Indian style food will be available from a food trailer outside Churchill Square.

The food truck, pictured left, has been made to resemble a traditional Indian train carriage.

Curry Leaf claims to be the biggest independent food operator in the city, with three – now four – outlets serving more than 15,000 people every month.

Euan Sey, Curry Leaf Cafe co-founder and commercial director, said: “We’re thrilled to open another site here in our home town.

“Churchill Square attracts millions of shoppers every year, and trading from such a prominent location gives us the chance to bring our freshly prepared, authentic Indian street food to an even wider audience.

“We will be offering a range of reasonably priced, restaurant-quality food to the many people who live and work in the city centre.”
