RESCUERS attended to a 'young male' with a leg injury in the Lake District.
Coniston Mountain Rescue Team (CMRT) was called out to the incident along Walna Scar Road, near Coniston, at around 6.15pm on Saturday.
A CMRT spokesman said the casualty was suffering from 'disabling cramp' in both legs.
He was given some salted water and transported to CMRT base, where he was assessed by an ambulance crew and discharged.
Five team members attended the incident which took just under an hour.
