IG Doors based on the Oakdale Industrial Estate hosted the launch of the Caerphilly Business Forum Awards 2018.
The launch of the awards and a business breakfast was organised by the Caerphilly County Borough Council Business Enterprise Support Team and the Caerphilly Business Forum. It was the first of a series of business networking events which will take place at various venues across the county borough.
Cllr Sean Morgan, cabinet member for economy, infrastructure, sustainability, said: “The Caerphilly Business Forum Awards are considered one of Wales’s most hotly contested and prestigious business awards. They reward success and recognise business excellence within Caerphilly County Borough over the last 12 months.”
Cllr Morgan was joined by Nichola Page, managing director of IG Doors, Nigel Winter, MD of Stagecoach Ltd, Grant Santos, vice chairman of the Caerphilly Business Forum, and representatives from the Oakdale business community.
