Financial services business Kymin is urging people to have a cup of tea and piece of cake and all for a good cause.

Kymin, based at Bridge Street, Newport, is one of many businesses and organisations in Newport and the rest of south East Wales backing The Big Welsh Brew.

The Big Welsh Brew, in aid of St David’s Hospice Care, takes place on Friday, March 1, and the venue is wherever you want it to be.

Kymin Financial Planners will stage its brew up in their offices on Bridge Street from10am to noon on March 1.

The Kymin brew includes unlimited tea and coffee and a slice of cake and a raffle ticket. Tickets available at £5 per person all in aid of St David’s Hospice Care

St David’s Hospice Care provides a fundraising pack, filled with ideas, information, advice and resources to help those interested to get the most from their Big Welsh Brew.

The event, which is open to everyone, can be as big or as small as you like. Whether you decide to invite the whole office, or just have a few friends round, every brew helps the hospice.

And if you can’t do March 1, you can do it whenever is best for you.

Event organiser Skye Lewis, of St David’s Hospice Care, said: “What better way to celebrate all things Welsh, on St David’s Day, than inviting everyone round for a cuppa and donating to a great cause.

“We hope that people all over Wales will make us proud make this year’s Big Welsh Brew the biggest and best ever.”
