Marley suffers from A rare blood condition called aplastic anaemia, with our swab event the latest in the ongoing hunt to find him a donor.

Campaign Series:

Tens of thousands of people have signed up to the bone marrow donor register as a direct result of the Marrow for Marley campaign, but a match has yet to be found worldwide. Without one he will die.

Marley has undergone several blood transfusions and is currently receiving a clinical trial of a new treatment called immunosuppressant therapy which hopes to prolong the time to find a suitable bone marrow match by suppressing his white blood cells to allow his bone marrow cells to replenish.
