TODAY'S entire programme in the WRU National Championship has been wiped out by Storm Dennis.

All seven fixtures fell victim to the weather.

Leaders Pontypool were scheduled to head to Trebanos but the game was called of yesterday evening, Cross Keys were meant to entertain Bargoed and Bedwas were travelling to Narberth.

It means that Pooler retain a 10-point lead over Bargoed in the race for promotion to the Premiership, although the Bulls have a game in hand and home advantage when the teams meet on the penultimate weekend of the season.

Next weekend Bedwas host Neath and Keys travel to Narberth.

Rugby’s lower leagues have also been decimated by Storm Dennis.
