JOE Westwood will make his first Dragons start as a winger in the United Rugby Championship clash with Ulster in Belfast.

The powerful centre, 20, made his debut for the Rodney Parade club off the bench against the Sharks at the end of January.

The former Wales Under-20s international made another appearance as a replacement at Glasgow last time out but comes into the XV on the flank.

The Dragons are stretched in the back three and that leads to a recall for Corey Baldwin, who hasn't played since Pau away on December 16, and Ewan Rosser starts at full-back rather than his usual wing.

Cover is provided by potential debutant Huw Anderson, who has started all three games at 15 for Wales in the Under-20s Six Nations and scored against Scotland and England.

He is released from camp to feature along with centre Harri Ackerman, who has been captaining the Welsh youngsters.

Wing Oli Andrew made his Dragons debut in Glasgow but is out with a minor hamstring strain while fly-half/full-back Angus O'Brien is out because of an arm injury.

He suffered a fractured arm at Munster in November and made his return at Scotstoun Stadium, but it is not thought to be a serious blow this time.

The Dragons give a starting debut to Gloucester openside Harry Taylor after signing him on a short-term deal because of their back row problems.

He joins forces with Taine Basham, who has been released for game time by Wales, and Dan Lydiate.
