NEWPORT County AFC have announced that they will pay 50 per cent of the cost of the official supporters’ coach travel to Middlesbrough for next week's FA Cup fourth-round tie.

A statement from the club reads: "During the third round of this season's Emirates FA Cup, thousands of County supporters created a fantastic atmosphere that contributed significantly to the victory over Premier League Leicester City.

"All of our fans were a credit to our club in front of a worldwide audience of millions on national television and across social media.

"Following this famous win, we hope as many Exiles as possible make the trip to the Riverside Stadium and create a similar atmosphere in support of the team.

"In order to ensure we make the trip as affordable as possible, allowing as many fans as possible to travel, the club has agreed to contribute 50 per cent of the cost of the official supporters’ coach travel to the North East.

"To book your coach travel for Middlesborough, visit the Newport County Supporters Club travel page, or pop into the club shop at the Kingsway Shopping Centre."
